My coaching approach is client-led, and is goals, actions and results focused. I work with my clients to clearly define the topics and goals they want to work on. I draw on a wide range of tools and techniques depending on the needs and preferences of my clients to develop increased levels of self-awareness and find solutions. Building a trusting relationship is very important for me and one in which I provide the appropriate levels of support and challenge. My clients describe me as having a calm and grounded approach and that I take a genuine interest in them.
Typical clients I work with are senior business leaders and their teams. Above all else they have a strong desire to grow, get better at what they do and how they do it.
Qualifications:
A Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching
Academy of Executive Coaching Accredited Associate Executive Coach
Senior business leader experience which gives my clients the confidence I understand the challenges they are facing

Together with my client we jointly design the coaching program that will meet their needs and help them achieve their goals.
All programs have a start, middle and end with time for reflection and to measure progress made.
The Start Point is a Chemistry Session:

At the chemistry session I draw up a coaching agreement with my client based on their needs.
